More & more yoga

The Greenwich Pilates studio opened in 2011 as a Pilates studio but over the past six year more and more yoga has been introduced to this small and bespoke studio in the heart of Greenwich.

Pilates and yoga go hand in hand, like bread and jam and although I am a Pilates teacher and practise Pilates daily, I find yoga hugely beneficial too for my overall health and wellbeing.

The studio now offers over 11 yoga classes a week; Hatha, Vinyasa, beginners, mixed level, power yoga, pregnancy and mother and baby with more classes scheduled over the next few months. We have early morning sessions along with weekend and evenings. Our classes are small with exceptionally trained teachers and the studio is fully equipped and you need only bring yourself.

Our hugely popular Sunday beginners yoga course starts another six week course in February details and in March we will be adding a Friday early evening open yoga class.

Yoga Open
Fridays 5.45pm-6.45pm
A breath-led, alignment-based class, perfect for finishing the week
and setting yourself up for the weekend.  All levels of experience
are welcome, options will be given.
