Greenwich Fitness & Pilates provides bespoke private sessions. These sessions, where you work closely with your instructor, will focus on your individual requirements.

We have over the last 10 years specialised in, rehabilitation, pre & post natal and performance led events. We have associate link to local physiotherapists, osteopaths, massage therapists and doctors to help you realise your expectations and goals.


INDIVIDUAL PILATES CLASSES

Individual Pilates classes can booked and are one-to-one or one-to-two sessions and are strictly private.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Greenwich Fitness & Pilates have a team of Personal Trainers to suit your individual needs. We have specialists in Pre & Post Natal, rehabilitation, strength training and running.

INDIVIDUAL RUNNING TECHNIQUE ANALYSIS

We can analyse your gait, identify your weaknesses and strengths, help you with your training plans and support you in achieving your goals.

These sessions are held at our studio in Greenwich and Greenwich Park and each session is 70 minutes.

Standard prices are as follows:

One-to-One Pilates Sessions

Single session 1hr – £50- £70

Block of six sessions – £300.00 – £330.00 (These must be paid for in advance)


One to One Running Technique Sessions
