Prices, terms and conditions.
Bookings.
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for refromer sessions and indoor studio classes.
We have a 4 hour cancellation policy for outside bookings.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for equipment studio bookings and workshops.
We have a 24 hour cancellaltion policy for private sessions.
We do not take cancellations via phone call or email. You will need to visit your account and cancel online.
We cannot extend the expiry periods of bundles. All bookings cannot be transfered to another person.
We have a strict 5 minute late rule. We extend the right to refuse you entry to your class/session if you are more than 5 minutes late.
Lateness.
Due to health and safety, we reserve the right to refuse entry if you are 5 or more minutes late to a class or an appointment.
Multiple Accounts
Only one account per person. If you are unable to access your account, please contact us immediatly. We reserve to the right to not accept a booking which has been made from a multiple account.
Filming & Photographs
We ask you kindly not to film yourself during the class. If you wish to take photos of yourself, please ensure the pictures are not of the other attendees.
Pregnancy
If you are in your second trimester, you will need to attend one of our specialist Pilates classes.
Over 65 Concessions.
We offer concessions for over 65s. Please email ellie@greenwichpilates.co.uk for information.
Private Sessions.
We offer private sessions; Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training & Running Technique.
Vouchers.
These can be purchased for any amount and used against all our classes and courses. (They cannot be redeemed against therapies).

Outdoor sessions
These sessions are held in Greenwich Park. We ask you to be respectful of fellow park users.
Children under 16
Due to safeguarding and DBS requirements Greenwich Fitness and Pilates Ltd will only work with children over 13 and under 16 with parental agreement and accompanied by an adult. If you and your child join an adult class, we expect you as the parent to take full responsibility for your child we expect child attendees to be respectful of the teacher and act in an appropriate manner.
Please note our Pilates teachers are not all DBS checked so an adult must always be present.
Greenwich Runners – All our athletics coaches are DBS checked. We will need to obtain in writing, from an adult, should any child from the ages of 14 – 18, join us for training. Sadly no children under 14 can participate in our coached sessions. We are associated with England Athletics and all our coaches are UKA trained. We adhere by and follow our governing bodies club safeguarding and welfare policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- For cancellations of an appointment/Private session or event made at least 24 HOURS in advance, GREENWICH FITNESS & PILATES will provide a refund of any payment or advance deposit. For no-shows or cancellations provided less than 24 HOURS in advance, no refunds or credits will be provided.
- Classes studio indoor sessions twenty four (24) hours notice is required to cancel a class or you will be charged in full.
- Reformer classes, twenty four hour notice (24) hours notice is required to cancel or you will be charged in full.
- Should you wish to cancel a class within the allotted time frame then that unused class will remain in your Mindbody Account until it is used or expires.
- In the event of a refund, this will be credited to your bank account less a 20% administration fee.
- If you are unable to make a class and cancel within the appropriate time, the class will be refunded in full to your Mindbody Account.
Terms & Conditions
Information published on this web site is provided for the use of its visitors. Although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur. - Enrolment forms must be signed and returned prior to attending a course.
- Classes are non refundable and non transferable.
- Matwork classes are valid for the duration of the course for which they were registered. There is no transferral of matwork classes from ‘term to term’.
- If a class is missed, an alternative “drop in” class may be attended subject to availability. The catch up class can only be attended within the term booked.
- Private sessions – One to Ones. 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. In the event of a cancellation being 24 hours or less, the session fee will be charged in full.
- Course Bookings – 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. In the event of a cancellation being 48 hours or less, the course fee will be charged in full.
- Reformers Sessions/Face to Face sessions – 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. In the event of a cancellation being 24 hours or less, the session fee will be charged in full.
- Classes are always subject to availability but we will always do our best to accommodate you in your chosen class.
- Single drop-in class valid for one month from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
- Five class bundle valid for two months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
- Ten class bundle valid for four months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
- If you are unable to make a class and cancel within the appropriate time, the class will be refunded to your Mindbody Account.

This, and our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information, may result in periodic changes to this Privacy Policy.
