We have added some new online circuit training classes for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Grab some weights, a band and a mat and voila a home gym.

Tuesday 8.00am – 9.00am – Circuits online
Tuesday 10.15am – 11.15am – Postnatal Circuit session – online
Wednesday 7.ooam – 8.ooam – Circuits online
Wednesday 7.00pm – 8.00pm – HIIT online
Thursday 8.ooam – 9.ooam – Circuits online
Friday 7.00am – 8.00am – Circuits online
Friday 6.00pm – 7.00pm – Circuits online
Sunday 10.00am – 11.00am – BOXERCISE – online
with Yasia Williams & Katie Ward Waller
These boxing and circuit sessions have an emphasis on strength & conditioning, along with an intense core workout.
The classes are kept small with a maximum of 14.
Would suit all levels of fitness however be prepared to sweat, lunge, squat and lift weights in this fun and intense 60 minute work out. If you have any health issues or injuries, please chat to us before joining this session.
