Questions & Answers regarding the Regular 4 & Super 8 Memberships & Postnatal Gold Membership

REGULAR 4 MEMBERSHIP – 4 SESSIONS every 28 days.  £62.00 (£15.50 a class)

SUPER 8 MEMBERSHIP – 8 SESSIONS every 28 days. £116.00 (£14.50 a class)

POSTNATAL GOLD MEMBERSHIP – Unlimited on our indoor and outdoor postnatal classes. (Not including Reformer)

A single indoor class is £18.00.

  • Are there extra perks to a membership?

Membership gives you 20% off all reformer classes.

Membership gives you 10% discount off Greenwich Pilates/Greenwich Runners workshops.

Membership gives you 10% off some of our therapies in our wellness centre. Please contact us to find out more.

  • When can I buy a membership?

You can purchase a membership at any point in the month.

  • From when does the membership start?

From the day you purchase the membership.

  • What is the minimun I have to commit too?

Three months.

  • What classes are included in the membership?

We have a timetable where all the classes are listed. We have 45 classes which you can attend; Pilates, Yoga, outdoor classes, online classes and pre-recordings.

  • If I am on holiday or unwell, can I catch up on classes on the following month?

No, your classes must be taken in those 28 days.. Classes cannot be carried over. A reminder we have online classes too and can send recordings if you are unable to make a class in person.

  • If I have a regular membership, do I have to take one class a week?

No, you can take all four classes in one week should you wish!

  • What happens if I have used all my credits for the month and I want to attend another class?

You can buy a single class or purchase one of our bundles which you can use to top up your membership. Remember, you can always upgrade the super membership – 8 sessions in a month.

  • Can I use my credits to bring a friend?

Yes, that can be arranged but you cannot gift a friend a class. They must attend with you.

  • Can I use the credits for reformer classes?

Sadly no.

  • Can I attend outside classes with my membership?

You can although a reminder that these classes are cheaper so you may wish to purchase these separately.

  • If I want to cancel my membership, is this easy to do.

Yes, absolutely. You can either cancel your membership yourself or email office@greenwichpilates.co.uk and they will do this for you.

  • Do you have sessions at the weekend?

Yes, we have classes you can attend Monday – Sunday.

  • How do I book the classes?

You must book yourself into the classes you wish to attend. A reminder we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel a class or no show for your session, your account will take the credit from your membership.

  • Can I mix and match my classes?

Yes, you can do a mix of classes during the month; yoga, Pilates, strength, running.

  •     How far can I book in advance?

You can book one month in advance.

  •    Do you have a waiting list if my favourite class is full?

Yes, we have a waiting list and will notify you if a place becomes available.

Terms & Conditions of Memberships.

  • Passes are Valid for 28 Days from purchase date.
  • Rolling payments every four weeks are automated and continue until cancelled. The membership is valid from the day of purchase.
  • Cancellation should done online or by sending an email to office@greenwichpilates.co.uk with “Terminate” in the subject line.
  • Automated payments cannot be paused, please cancel and renew when you are ready to join us again.
  • The pass activates on day of purchase and is valid for all our studio sessions, Yoga, Pilates, Body Conditioning, online and outside classes. It is not valid for reformer or equipment classes.
  • You must book the classes you wish to attend from the timetable.
  • We operate a strict 24-hour class cancellation policy for all our classes. Failure to cancel within this period will result in losing a credit.
  • You may use your membership for online and outdoor classes.
  • Matwork memberships cannot be used for Reformer Pilates.
  • Classes must be pre – booked, you can do this by visiting our online schedule. Please use the calendar in the left-hand corner if you wish to look at following weeks.

  • There is a three month minimum subscription period.
  • Pass is valid for use by named pass holder only – you are able to assign your classes to another individual if you attend with them.
  • The membership is not eligible for refund or transfer.
  • Greenwich Pilates reserves the right to make changes to our timetable which includes a reduced timetable during holidays, cancelled classes, time changes, substitute teachers and holiday closures.
  • By purchasing this pass, you agree to the above Terms and Conditions.

 POSTNATAL MEMBERSHIPS – all the above applies conditions apply with this membership including the conditions below.

  • These memberships are only valid for postnatal classes only; Mother & baby Pilates, Mother and baby Yoga, Mother and baby strength & conditioning, Buggy Runners & Outside strength & conditioning, online gentle class. 8 sessions available a week.
  • The membership is only available for postnatal Mums and the membership will cease when your baby is a year old.
  •  The membership has a minimum of 3 months.
