Ellie Brown – Founder Greenwich Wellness, Fitness & Pilates, Greenwich Runners and co-founders of the Greenwich Running academy. Ellie is an England Athletics coach with over 20 years of experience coaching and running. She has run 28 marathons/ultra marathons all over the world and there is not much Ellie does not know about training and preparing for a marathon.

Carly O’Hara – Co-founder of the Greenwich Running Academy which was established in 2016, Carly & Ellie saw a need to teach runners “good technique” to optimise performance and reduce injury. Since it’s establishment, the Academy has seen 1000’s of runners achieve their goals. Carly is an England Athletics running coach and serial marathon runner who has a wealth of running knowledge.

Lisa O Hara – I am a physiotherapist with 26 years clinical experience graduating from Kings College London in 1995 with a BSc (Hons) degree in physiotherapy.  I  specialise in running injuries and post-natal rehabilitation. I am passionate about sports injury prevention so my assessments include looking at posture, core strength and flexibility plus biomechanics. If you have pain which doesn’t resolve with stretching/massage you need an accurate diagnosis, so it does not become chronic (anything over 12 weeks). I give sports-specific exercises in my rehab programmes and use tape to facilitate or inhibit muscle groups or purely to improve posture awareness/ proprioception. We will also add that Lisa has run multiple marathons.

TBA – We also offer individual technique sessions – contact ellie@greenwichpilates.co.uk
