🌸 Connect, Heal & Bond: 4-Week Mummy & Baby Yoga & Massage Course 🌸

We are thrilled to invite you to our nurturing 4-Week Mummy & Baby Yoga and Baby Massage Course, led by the lovely Hande Lulu at the beautiful Greenwich Pilates Studio 225! Starting 6 October 2026, this course is the perfect opportunity to release postnatal stress, gently rebuild your strength, and deepen the bond with your little one.

What is the course about?

Designed for babies from birth to 12 months, our classes are completely baby-led, friendly, and relaxed

  •      For Mums: 50% of the class focuses on gently strengthening your spine, abdominal, and pelvic floor muscles while releasing body tension.
  •      For Babies: 50% of the class focuses on baby massage and baby yoga. You will learn to communicate through nurturing touch, drawing from rich Indian and Swedish massage traditions, blended with yoga and reflexology principles.

Your 4-Week Journey 🗓️

  •      Week 1: Digestive Comfort & Relief

Learn gentle massage and yoga movements designed to ease wind, colic, constipation, and teething discomfort.

  •      Week 2: Sweet Dreams & Relaxation

Discover techniques to release oxytocin, promoting deeper relaxation and longer sleep for your baby. We’ll also cover the best times to massage and which oils to use.

  •      Week 3: Soothing & Circulation

Master massage techniques for the hands, feet, legs, and arms, paired with soothing songs to reduce crying and emotional distress.

  •      Week 4: Milestones & Tummy Time

Support your baby’s physical development (crawling, turning, and tummy time) to reduce frustration and encourage a peaceful, longer sleep.
