Ellie Brown, a UK Athletics Level 2 Coach has been running buggy fitness classes for over twelve years. Along with her team, they have become the area’s most specialised pre and postnatal fitness instructors.
The classes are an hour long and begin with a power walk warm-up followed by a series of lunges & squats. The sessions will integrate power walking with some light running (if you feel up to it). We use resistance therabands to add strength, toning those arms! Buggy Runners takes into account all aspects of the various post-natal stages for new Mums as well as supporting Dads and carers.
