We, at Greenwich Wellness, are committed to supporting women as they go through the different stages of their lives; pregnancy, postnatal, peri-menopause and the menopause.
We are proud to be able to offer four women only classes which are suitable for women who are postnatal and have menopausal symptoms as well as women who wish to work in a supportive and encouraging environment.
