These sessions are part of our Wellwomen initiative.
The Women only sessions are kept small in number and are supportive and welcoming. No prior experience is needed and the class is for all ages and all levels.
The sessions focus on low resistance training; lighter weights but more repititions. Beneficial for weight manangement, bone health, muscle toning and overall fitness.
