Professional expertise: Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training

I joined Ellie’s Pilates class and Greenwich Runners when I moved to south east London. I have met so many lovely people and made good friends through the community, but after doing a few marathons, an injury forced me to stop running. This was a big loss – but doing strength and conditioning training helped me recover and find a new way of exercising that I really enjoyed. So much so, that I gained my Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training.

I love the variety of mixing cardio with weights and am always learning new things. It’s a great way to train – it’s open to everyone as you work to your own level of experience. I aim to pass on my enthusiasm and help people enjoy it as they get fitter and stronger. Everyone is welcome, it’s never too late to start. There are so many benefits but finding something you like is most important of all.
