I first came to Pilates, like so many people, after developing chronic back pain. I was otherwise fit and healthy and did lots of aerobic exercise, but a sedentary job had taken its toll on my spine. After many years of enjoying Pilates as a participant, I decided to train with Body Control Pilates in 2017.
