Eda teaches matwork Pilates classes to people of all abilities and ages, either one-to-one or in small groups. She finds great joy in teaching pilates and spreading the awareness of how mindful movement can change lives for the better. So whatever the reason for considering Pilates – strengthening your core, improving your posture, managing back pain, rehab to recover from an injury, improving your stamina to support your sports activities – Eda believes Pilates is for everybody! Eda’s favourite part of teaching is that being able to provide people with a safe way to build strength and awareness in their body as they move. Mindful movement with Pilates is her favourite way to help people connect to their body and personal power so that they can practice at their level and strength at any age.
