With this principle in mind Caroline’s approach to teaching Pilates is supportive and challenging. By keeping classes small she ensures that she can focus on giving everyone in the class the attention they need to practice safely and effectively. Caroline focuses on teaching functional Pilates to help clients improve their posture, muscle tone and flexibility as well as develop their concentration, co-ordination and stamina.
Having initially trained as a Pilates teacher to deepen her own understanding of the Pilates method and improve her personal technique and practice, Caroline found that sharing her love of Pilates and helping others to move correctly and improve their posture and movement became a passion.
In Caroline’s classes you will find a strong focus on good form and technique. Her attention to detail will help you to work with precision and control and ultimately build the strength, mobility and flexibility you need. Caroline’s motto is move well and with precision.
