RUN CLUB – Our coached 60 minute run club sessions are for all levels of runner abd focus on key elements which you need to improve as a runner; stamina, speed, flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance.
Venue – Greenwich Park – Bandstand Map or St Mary’s Gate Map
Price – £10 session / £90.00 – 10 sessions.
Saturday 8.15am – 9.15am – Run Club (All levels)
Meet St Mary’s Gate. Coached sessions suitable for all levels of runner.
Saturday 9.30am -10.30am – Run Club ( Improving/improvers)
Meet Bandstand. Coached sessions suitable for new runners, those returning from injury/baby/break in running or who prefer a slower pace .
Saturday 9.30am -10.30am – Run Club + (Confident/intermediate runner)
Meet Bandstand. Coached sessions suitable for confident runners who would like to challenge themselves.
Saturday 9.30am – 10.30am – Run Club – Beginners (This is part of our Learn to Run – a seven week course – why not try one session)
Meet Bandstand. Let us help you achieve the goal of running 5K in seven weeks with our friendly & sociable weekly group.
