This workshop is suitable for new Mums and will focus on how to support your physical and mental well-being post baby.

The workshop will include –

  • How to support mental and physical well-being post birth with a healthy diet – including tips and easy nutritious recipes
  • Baby weaning – including which important nutrients to include and the importance of a healthy varied diet for babies and toddlers
  • Family eating – tips on how to develop healthy and unfussy eaters
  • A relaxing Pilates and mindfulness session with postnatal specialist Ellie Brown

We will discuss how we can help optimise your energy post baby and how a healthy diet can improve your overall well-being.
