What is a Pilates ball good for?
The Pilates ball challenges the muscles of the core — the deep pelvic, abdominal, and low back muscles — which are essential for good posture and balance and movement control.
The ball stimulates the smaller, stability muscles and you will work muscles you never knew you had.
