Body positivity is key during peri-menopause and the menopause and this six programme will support as you navigate your way through these changes
Pilates is anaerobic and is regarded as resisitance training which will support bone health. We will use weights, bands and our own body weight in these sessions to build muscle, support weight management and help with our overal mental health.
The session are for anyone peri – menopausal, menopausal or post menopausal.
