Join Anya Hayes, pre and postantal specialist for a monthly Pilates workshop for postnatal rehabilitation. This 90 minute workshop focuses on breathing, core strength and pelvic floor awareness in functional daily movement, releasing tension and finding your deep inner strength. It is suitable if you’re suffering from diastasis recti, prolapse, lack of core strength, weak pelvic floor, back pain and overall weakness. Babies welcome.

Rebuild your foundations to feel more energised in your mothering day. We’ll finish with a guided meditation to leave you relaxed, soothed, energised and uplifted.
