Face to Face drop in £15.00 (small classes max 8)
Suitable for all women.
Low resistance training has shown to be beneficial for bone health, overall mobility and range of motion.
Light weights but increased reps will improve overall bone health as well creating lean muscle.
LOW INTENSITY CIRCUIT SESSION
£10.00 a session (outside)
Monday 12.30pm - 1.15pm - Low Intensity Circuits with Katie Ward Waller.
Meet at the bandstand - Greenwich Park
Women only circuit session suitable for pregnancy. postnatal, peri - menopausal & menopausal.
No prior experience is needed and the class is for all levels.

Thursday 7.45pm - 8.45pm - Market Studios with Chiara £15.00
Saturday 9.30am - 10.30am - Studio 225, with Laura Witt £15.00
Autumn Course - 7th October - 11th November - 6 weeks - £84.00

These sessions are solely for women and will look at all aspects of women's health. You are more than welcome if you just want to be in an all women's class.
