Since qualifying as a Physiotherapist from St. George’s Hospital Medical School in 2010, Vera has gained a broad range of experience working in NHS and a mix of a community and hospital work.
Since 2018 Vera has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and also in women’s health physiotherapy.
Vera is mum to two children and understands the psychological and emotional needs that pregnancy and childbirth can have on women. She is passionate about helping women navigate back to their active life and treats clients of all ages. Vera consistently delivers high quality care using combination of exercise, manual therapy, acupuncture, advice and education based on individual needs.
Vera offers individually tailored assessment and treatment of the following musculoskeletal and women’s health’s issues:
Bladder issues such as incontinence, urgency, overactive bladder, frequency
