These sessions would suit ANYONE; for those stiff from sitting all week or for those stiff from exercising, these online sessions are perfect for you.
You don't need any experience to join these sessions, they are for all levels of fitness.
The session will be a series of gentle stretches, increasing with intensity if you so wish.
You will require a block/book, tennis ball/golf ball/spiky ball and a band or scarf.
