These sessions would suit any athlete; runner, cyclist or those who enjoy conditioning sessions as well those stiff from sitting too long or needing a structured stretch session in your weekly routine.
We have been running stretch and release workshops for several years and we are now going to bring you three weekly stretch classes.
You don't need any experience to join these sessions, they are for all levels of fitness.
The session will be a series of gentle stretches, increasing with intensity if you so wish.
You will require a block/book, tennis ball/golf ball/spiky ball and a band or scarf.
