Postnatal Yoga classes are designed to help women regain energy and strength in a harmonious way.
The classes will lead you through exercises to gentle work on the pelvic floor and tighten the deep abdominal muscles. The sequence of movements will also support the hips back together, strengthen the back, relieve back pains and open the chest and shoulders.
The sessions are closed with a relaxation practice to help you unwind. This class is without your baby.
