This class is suitable for teachers and students of Pilates, Yoga, PT's & movement specialists.
This is a 90 minute flowing Pilates class incorporating Myofascial Training techniques.
A chance to perfect the classics and experience movement with rhythms and dynamics that differ from a typical Pilates class. You will also use spiky balls and different approaches to stretching for some much needed myofascial release giving you a sense of bodywide balance and strength. You will learn new techniques from the widely knowledgeable Katherine Pentecost.

Katherine Pentecost teaches down to earth, functional Pilates to promote more freedom of movement. Find Katherine teaching group classes, 1:1 sessions, workshops, running retreats and tutoring on the Body Control Pilates Teacher Training team. She's been working with matwork and reformer/studio Pilates since 2009. More recently she's completed her Slings Foundation Education with art of motion, learning about myofascial training techniques which are now being blended into her Pilates teaching.
