Coping with daily life can trigger emotional and physical reactions in the body. Reflexology is a deeply relaxing therapy which can provide support during stressful periods. I am passionate about sharing the many benefits reflexology can bring to your life. I take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing to support and improve the body’s natural healing process.
Reflexology is based on the belief that specific points on your feet, known as reflexes, link to different parts and systems of your body. By methodically working these points, it can have an effect on the body’s functioning, stimulating its own healing processes. It is does not claim to heal or cure ailments but rather it helps to stimulate your body’s own healing processes.
Reflexology can provide balance and harmony – I have worked with people suffering from emotional and physical stress to those with digestive and reproductive issues.
I’m a fully qualified reflexologist, having graduated from the London School of Reflexology. I was trained by one of the UK’s leading reflexologists and author of The Reflexology Bible, Louise Keet.
My main areas of interest include the effects of stress and supporting women pre, during and post pregnancy. I take a holistic approach, in which we take a look at your diet and wellbeing after each session.
I also offer one-to-one online Baby Reflexology sessions to show you how to support your baby’s wellbeing. Through a combination of gentle reflexology techniques, I can help you to support your baby to relax. My workshops can help babies to feel calmer, may improve their sleep patterns, and encourage both parents and children to grow a closer bond.
