We are one of the leading Pre and Post fitness specialists in South East London and have been providing classes for over 14 years.

Our Mother and baby classes are a maximum of ten Mothers and their babies. Before starting Post-natal classes you must wait six weeks after a natural birth and eight weeks after a cesarean. This is a guide and it is best to check before booking. The course will help your postnatal body slowly recover from your nine months of pregnancy and the subsequent birth. This is a special time for Mummy and baby; a time to connect and bond. We include some singing and baby massage as well as restorative and strengthening poses for the Mums. These classes are for for Mothers with pre crawling babies.  Your baby can lie next to you on a mat.  The classes are very calm and relaxed and we work around you and your babies needs. Our Pilates teachers are all trained in pre and postnatal Pilates, so will be on hand to help and support you through the first few months of motherhood.
