Greenwich Pilates has been teaching postnatal Pilates for over 15 years and is the leading studio in South East London for Pre and Postnatal classes.

These Postnatal Pilates Classes are a maximum of eight Mothers and their babies. Before starting Post-natal Pilates you must wait six weeks after a natural birth and eight weeks after a caesarean. This is a guide and it is best to check before booking.  These sessions will help your postnatal body slowly recover from your pregnancy and the subsequent birth.

We have space for your buggy to be locked up outside. We provide locks however you are welcome to bring your carry cot or car seat into the studio.
