After graduating from Kings College London in 2015 with a first class degree in Physiotherapy I have worked in both private and NHS settings. I specialise in Musculo-skeletal conditions treating anything from postural related neck pain to sporting injuries.
After being a national runner and triathlete myself I have a keen interest in treating injuries associated with these sports. At Greenwich Pilates studio I offer a running gait analysis service to enable runners to breakdown and optimise their technique for peak performance. I also offer diagnosis and management of running associated injuries, gait re-education and personalised treatment and rehabilitation.
Pilates is another area I feel passionately about and believe that it has benefits for all. I have completed training with The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and have specific experience in teaching and creating 1:1 Pilates programs for managing lower back pain and chronic injuries. Enabling greater confidence in technique, building strength, control and facilitating class based practice where appropriate. I also enjoy working with pre and postnatal women to enable maintenance and return of activity during this exciting time.
I am passionate in client centred care and endeavour to work closely with individuals to optimise recovery, performance and quality of life.
