Flexible Strength Pilates

A mixed level class suitable for all levels.  This Pilates class with the help of Yoga influences will strengthen those all important core muscles, mobilise the joints, address the muscle imbalances, focus on posture and alignment and finally help with stretching those tight and shortened muscles. An excellent session for everyone regardless of age!
