Core Strength Pilates

Thursday 6.30pm - 7.30pm: online with Chiara button Saturday 10.20am - 11.20am  online with Laura button Sunday 10.10am - 11.10am  online with Laura button These classes are for those with Pilates experience. This class will focus on moves from the classical repertoire of over 30 advanced exercises; the Classical Mat. Your core strength will be challenged as well as your coordination, control, balance and overall strength. These exercises are considered to be the very essence of the Pilates Method. We do not suggest these classes if you suffer from any back or neck pain.
