We have added some new online circuit training classes for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Grab some weights, a band and a mat and voila a home gym.

This circuit session is with an emphasis on strength & conditioning, along with an intense core workout. Would suit all levels of fitness however be prepared to sweat, lunge, squat and  lift weights  in this intense 60 minute work out.

The low intensity circuit sessions will focus more on strength and less on aerobic fitness.

The classes are kept small with a maximum of 15.
