This circuit session is with an emphasis on strength & conditioning, along with an intense core workout.
The classes are kept small with a maximum of 14.
Would suit all levels of fitness however be prepared to sweat, lunge, squat, lift weights, throw medicine balls in this intense 60 minute work out. If you have any health issues or injuries, please chat to us before joining this session.
