Barre Sculpt is an amazing workout combining ballet-inspired exercises with elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training to sculpt and tone your whole body. The 60 minute class is structured like a traditional ballet class, Barre work first, followed by centre work and then floor Barre. Each class features an elegant yet energetic combination of movements that focus on low-impact, high intensity exercises designed to strengthen your body. Barre Sculpt uses small deliberate movements that target specific groups of muscles. Muscles are worked to the point of fatigue and then stretched for relief. Regular Barre classes improve flexibility, agility, balance, muscle tone and endurance and core strength. Barre Sculpt will work you hard and leave you feeling fabulous!
Holly Harcourt is a professional dancer, fitness trainer and the founder of The Dance Clinic. A holistic fitness-fusion approach to health, fitness and well-being. Holly's dance career spans over 12 years and has taken her around the world performing onboard some of the most prestigious cruise liners, TV and blockbuster films and international and UK tours.
