Inspired by Pilates, Ballet and Isometric strength training, Barre targets the small muscle groups using low to no resistance and high repetitions. This class works to improve posture, define and lengthen muscle as well as increase flexibility through low impact movements.
If you love dancing you will love our Barre Fit class.
The class will take place on the mat using all of the traditional postures and movement patterns of a standing barre class.
