I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2015 and have specialised as a musculoskeletal therapist, with experience working in both the NHS and in private practice. I believe in a holistic approach to optimise recovery and offer assessment and treatment of a wide range of conditions including acute injuries, sporting injuries, post-operative, as well as chronic conditions. My aim is to give each client the tools to manage their recovery and achieve their functional goals.
As well as treating adults, I have a special interest in children’s musculoskeletal physiotherapy and thoroughly enjoy working with children/adolescents with a range of conditions, and love seeing them progress. As a keen netballer and runner, I have an interest in sports injuries and their rehabilitation. I strive towards achieving the best outcomes through sport specific rehab to allow a successful return to activity.
I have also completed training with The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and am passionate about using Pilates programmes to build strength, mobility and control, and to help manage chronic conditions such as back pain.
I am a compassionate and friendly therapist who delivers high quality and client centred care to optimise recovery.
