I began my career within the NHS in 2014 following graduation from Brunel University. In the past few years I have began specialising in both women’s health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
My passion is working alongside ante and post natal women – especially with assisting them regain their confidence day to day and aiding their return to sport and exercise. As a keen runner and cyclist – I understand how important this is!
Another passion of mine is teaching Pilates. I completed my Pilates training with The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). I am available to teach Pilates for all individuals of varying abilities. At Greenwich Pilates Studio I am able to offer you one to one Pilates classes; whether this be beginners, intermediate, antenatal or post natal Pilates classes. This may be to help build your confidence and strength for one of the group classes within the studio or for reformer Pilates.
