Caroline Churchill

Caroline is a certified Body Control Pilates teacher, she holds a Level 3 Diploma in instructing Pilates Matwork, is a BackCare Professional and qualified Back4Good® Low Back Pain Practitioner, she also holds Level 3 Awards in Pilates for Bone Health, Pilates for the Older Adult, and Pilates for Pregnancy (pre and postnatal). Caroline is a registered teacher with the The Society for The Pilates Method, a member of the Body Control Pilates Association, the Body Control Pilates Academy, and is a CIMPSA Pilates Instructor Associate.

Caroline believes that enjoying a healthy and happy life is important and should be available to everyone. With this principle in mind Caroline’s approach to teaching Pilates is supportive and challenging.  By keeping classes small she ensures that she can focus on giving everyone in the class the attention they need to practice safely and effectively.  Caroline focuses on teaching functional Pilates to help clients improve their posture, muscle tone and flexibility as well as develop their concentration, co-ordination and stamina.

Having initially trained as a Pilates teacher to deepen her own understanding of the Pilates method and improve her personal technique and practice, Caroline found that sharing her love of Pilates and helping others to move correctly and improve their posture and movement became a passion.

In Caroline’s classes you will find a strong focus on good form and technique.  Her attention to detail will help you to work with precision and control and ultimately build the strength, mobility and flexibility you need. Caroline’s motto is move well and with precision.
