REFORMER PILATES
In our studio we have a dedicated reformer studio which is available for one to one/two private sessions with one of our qualified reformer studio.
If you are new to the reformer, wish to build strength, pregnant, postnatal or struggling with injuries or long term back pain the reformer would be suitable. Please state when inquiring what you are looking to use the reformer for and we can help match the right teacher for your needs.

PREGNANCY PILATES
With the ever-changing pregnancy body, as it goes through the 3 trimesters, you may find you have twinges and pains that you didn’t feel prior to your pregnancy.
These aches and pains can be lower back aches, pelvic girdle pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, pelvic floor issues or simply a feeling of discomfort.
Gentle Pilates exercises are known to reduce the symptoms of the above. By working with Ellie on an individual basis together you will be well supported and prepared for your forthcoming birth. email
