Ellie Brown and her team of qualified England Athletics coaches have been taking sessions in and around Greenwich for over 11 years. We run fully licensed Run Together/England Athletics running groups and train in the beautiful surroundings of Greenwich Park.

The groups are supported by Run England and the Royal Greenwich Park and we are actively involved in promoting running in the community. Each running group offers not only training support and guidance but encouragement, camaraderie, warmth and a good welcome.

RUN CLUB – Our run club is not advised for beginners, please see below for beginners course. Our sessions are hourly long coached running sessions  and all our coaches are  England Athletics coaches. The coached sessions will focus on key elements which you need to improve as a runner; stamina, speed, flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance. Each week we will focus on one or more of these elements.

Ellie Running GreenwichEllie Brown, a Pilates Instructor and UK Athletics running coach is one of the founders of The Greenwich Running Academy. Are you struggling with your running? Are you finding it hard to get motivated? Are you getting repeatedly injured? Have you embarked on a challenge you are struggling to complete. We can analyse your gait, identify your weaknesses and strengths, help you with your training plans and support you in achieving your goals. These sessions are held at our studio in Greenwich and Greenwich Park and each session is 70mins. Email Ellie

Buggy RunnersBuggy Runners is a fitness session where your baby/toddler comes too. We will guide new Mums through all aspects of postnatal fitness, however Dads and carers are welcome too. Don’t panic, you don’t have to be fit or to run to join these sessions! The first class is complimentary.  Buggy Runners is part of Greenwich Runners and a recognised and supported group of Greenwich Park & England Athletics Run Together.
