PREGNANCY YOGA

At our pregnancy yoga classes you can meet other like minded mums-to-be in our friendly and calm environment. The positive, active yet relaxed atmosphere of our classes aims to convey a shared feeling of celebration and enjoyment of this very special time of transformation and growth.

The classes are suitable from 12 weeks up until the birth of your baby and you can join us anytime and no experience is needed. Drop by and try a class.

During the classes we will look to explore a range of yoga postures to help keep you strong and supple throughout your pregnancy. We will introduce you to breathing and relaxation techniques to support you all the way through your trimesters to birth.

Parking can be found in the surrounding streets on parking bays. If you have a yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it and we will ask you to fill in a health form at your first session.

MOTHER & BABY YOGA

Our calm, friendly and relaxed classes will help with all aspects of postnatal recovery as well meet other new Mummies. We will introduce you to a series of postures which will help regain strength in the body and ease any postnatal stiffness. Your baby will be beside you throughout the class and we will also introduce some Baby Yoga so the babies can benefit too!

The Mother and baby classes are suitable for babies from six weeks to pre-crawling and we have a maximum of ten Mummies and babies in a class. Babies can lie next to you on a mat and you need to feed, change or soothe your baby at anytime during the session, feel free to do so.

These informal classes are held in the comfortable environment of the Greenwich Pilates studio, right in the heart of Greenwich. Parking can be found in the Sainsbury’s or Picturehouse car park. All the equipment is supplied and we will ask you to fill in a health form at your first session.
