Congratulations on your pregnancy. In our pregnancy yoga classes you will meet other like minded mums to be in our friendly and calm environment. The positive, active yet relaxed atmosphere of our classes aims to convey a shared feeling of celebration and enjoyment of this very special time of transformation and growth.

Throughout this precious time yoga will support you as your body changes throughout the three pregnancy trimesters.  Through Yoga and the techniques learnt it can help with pain relief during labour and childbirth. It cultivates breath awareness to boost energy, relieve stress and anxiety. Coming to the classes offers you the opportunity to meet other pregnant ladies and feel part of a wonderful local community.

You can safely begin an exercise program during pregnancy after consulting with your health care provider, but do not try a new, strenuous activity. We advise to be cautious during the first 12 weeks (first trimester). Our  classes are gentle and follow all the guidelines and taught by pre and postnatal specialists.

If you have a yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it and we will ask you to fill in a health form at your first session.

A reminder that we also have Pregnancy Pilates classes and Pregnancy Total Body. Both these classes can be booked using your bundle of classes.
