At our pregnancy yoga classes you can meet other like minded mums to be in our friendly and calm environment. The positive, active yet relaxed atmosphere of our classes aims to convey a shared feeling of celebration and enjoyment of this very special time of transformation and growth.
The classes are suitable from 12/14 weeks up until the birth of your baby and you can join us anytime and no experience is needed.
During the classes we will look to explore a range of yoga postures to help keep you strong and supple throughout your pregnancy. We will introduce your to breathing and relaxation techniques to support you all the way through your trimesters to birth.

Parking can be found in the surrounding streets on parking bays. If you have a yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it and we will ask you to fill in a health form at your first session.
