Yoga can also be used to cope with pain in labour and childbirth. The sessions include visualisation techniques to help you to bond with your unborn baby. Furthermore, it cultivates breath awareness to boost energy, relieve stress and anxiety. Coming to the classes offers you the opportunity to feel part of a community of pregnant women.
