Our classes are held either at the Greenwich Pilates Studio, 225 Greenwich High Road SE10 8NB, at the New Haddo, Tarves Way, SE10 9JU,  St. Marks Community Centre, Greenwich South Street, SE10 8TY  & James Wolfe School – Randall Place Hall  SE10 9LA. or outdoor spaces in and around Greenwich.


We operate a wide range of Pilates, Running and Yoga classes.


Most of our Pilates classes are booked as a course, generally lasting six weeks.  We do offer Drop in mixed level Pilates classes and these classes must be booked and paid online. Our Yoga and running sessions are mostly drop-in and need to be booked in advance.

If you are new to Greenwich Fitness and Pilates, you will need to fill in a health form prior to attending your first class. Click here for a health form.

All our bookings are booked online. Please click on the link above on the classes you are interested in and it will take you straight through to bookings. Classes do fill up quickly and if you have any questions, please email us. An enrolment form will be required before you join any Pilates class. (fill it in online here).
