EARLY MORNING ENERGISER
This class which will challenge your abdominals and prepare you for the day ahead is suitable for everyone.

PREGNANCY CLASSES (New Class)
These are suitable for women who are 12/14 weeks pregnant.
Places may be available mid-term, so please check availability. After 35 weeks, classes pay be paid for on a weekly basis.

These can be one to one or one to two sessions and are strictly private.

Private Group Classes
Matwork taught to smaller groups, for a more personal feel.
Prices and availability on request.
Definitions
Beginners: For people with no or very little experience of the Pilates Method.
This level deals with the basic fundamentals and how to begin to achieve some
core stability, how to use breath correctly and how to apply the Pilates principles.
It is a very good course, and many experienced clients still find this level a
good "back to basics" class.
Mixed Level: For people who have completed a beginners course and feel confident with the breathing
techniques and engagement of the core muscles.
Improvers: For people with a little more experience and for those who have
mastered the basic principals. They must understand placement and have good core
stability. (good & deep abdominal strength).
Intermediate: These classes are for those who have been doing Pilates for at least a year.
The classes are designed to challenge the whole body and are conducted with increased
flow of movement.
Advanced: These classes are for those who have mastered the principals of Pilates and have
been practising Pilates confidently for over two years. These classes are not recommened
for those with any back injuries.
Please Note The Following Terms and Conditions of Booking:
v All Matwork classes are 50/60 minutes long.
v Private Sessions - 24 hour's notice is required for cancellations or the full hourly fee will be charged.
v Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
v Matwork classes must be paid in full and in advance of the course. On attending the first class,
no refund can be given for cancellation of the term.
v Matwork classes are valid for the duration of the course for which they were registered.
v There is no transferal of matwork classes from term to term, course to course or person to person.
v If a class is missed, an alternative class may be attended subject to availability.
