PERSONAL TRAINING

 

We work with a wide variety of clients, helping, encouraging and supporting them to achieve their goals. If you would like nutritional advise we can advise you on this matter.

These sessions can be held at home, on Blackheath or in Greenwich Park and each session is an hour long and varied to keep you on your toes.

 

INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

These sessions are tailored for your individual needs. Be it weight loss or a fitness goal, bespoke programs can be created specific to you needs.

ONE TO TWO PERSONAL TRAINING

You may wish to train with the support of your partner or friend. You may even wish to train with your partner and your baby. We can push the pram while you both concentrate on your fitness.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Why not get a group of like minded individuals together. This could be work colleagues, Mums from school or even your family. A group session is fun, the times goes quickly and you have worked hard without even noticing!

INDIVIDUAL SESIONS WITH YOUR DOG

Now don't laugh, this is a great idea if you own a dog and have little time to spare. This is a great way of doing a training session as well as exercising your dog. You keep us fit too as we have to throw the sticks!

POSTNATAL PERSONAL TRAINING

These sessions can be done with or without your baby. All our instructors are postnatal qualified and will help you return to your pre-baby fitness. If you wish to bring your baby in the pram, your instructor will push the pram leaving you to focus on your session. No need for a creche or childcare.

PREGNANCY PERSONAL TRAINING

Specialised trainers will help, support and guide you through your three trimesters of pregnancy. There is no cancellation policy with Pregnancy Personal Training. If you do not feel up to a session we will not charge.
