PREGNANCY PILATES
These classes, taken by Ellie Brown and Helen I'anson who are both trained in pre and postnatal Pilates, require no prior experience.
It is advisable to take up Pilates 12/14 weeks into your pregnancy. Classes can be taken all the way through your pregnancy. If you have any concerns it is advisable to discuss these with your doctor or midwife before taking up Pilates.

GREENWICH CLASSES:
Tuesday 6.25pm - 7.30pm Venue - Greenwich Pilates Studio: 225 Greenwich High Road SE10 8NB
Thursday 1.00pm - 2.05pm Venue - Greenwich Pilates Studio: 225 Greenwich High Road SE10 8NB
Saturday 11.15am - 12.20am - Venue -Greenwich Pilates Studio: 225 Greenwich High Road SE10 8NB
A passport of five classes which can be taken over a seven week period is £60.00.
As from 35 weeks, classes can be paid for per session £12.00.
