Mother and Baby Pilates Class times and venues


 
MOTHER AND BABY POST-NATAL PILATES CLASSES 
 
Ellie Brown, a pre & postnatal specialist has been running these classes for five years and will take you through all your postnatal fitness need.
Classes are a maximum of eight Mummies and their babies and no previous experience of Pilates is required.
 
The classes are held in the relaxed and comfortable enviroment of the Greenwich Pilates studio, right in the heart of Greenwich.
 
Before starting Post-natal Pilates you must wait six weeks after a natural birth and eight weeks after a caeserean. This is a guide and it is best to check before booking. Please call or email for availability.
 
They are suitable for Mothers with newborn babies to those with babies who are about to start crawling. Babies can lie next to you or sit in a car seat, whichever suit you and your baby. If you need to feed your baby during the class, that is no problem. 
 

We hold classes three days a week; Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Spring Term - 20th February - 19th March - 5 Weeks - 55.00
Summer Term - 16th April - 21st May - 5 Weeks - £57.50 (no class 7th May)

First Class 12.45pm - 1.45pm and Second Class 2.00pm - 3.00pm

WEDNESDAY
Spring Term - 22nd February - 21st March - 5 Weeks - 55.00
Summer Term - 18th April - 23rd May - 6 Weeks - £69.00

First class 11.30am - 12.30pm  and Second Class 12.45pm - 1.45pm  

THURSDAY
Spring Term - 23rd February - 22nd March - 5 Weeks - 55.00
Summer Term - 19th April - 24th May - 6 Weeks - £69.00

First class 2.15pm - 3.15pm
