Marathon Workshops
These  workshops run by Ruth Tongue and Ellie Brown below will help you run the best marathon you can run! These workshops can be booked individually or as a group of four.

Foam Roller Workshop with Ellie Brown 
Saturday 17th March 1.00pm - 2.00pm to book
Have a roller coaster of a session on these cylindrical pieces of foam heaven.
This workshop is perfect if you are running a Spring marathon.

Work the Core!
Friday 24th February 2012 7pm - 8pm Greenwich Pilates Studio £12.00. to book
To run a strong marathon you will need an even stronger core. Core stability is an integral part of marathon training and it is often an area too readily forgotten.
