Terms and Conditions

 

 All Matwork classes are 60 minutes long.

 Private Sessions - 24 hour's notice is required for cancellations or the full hourly fee will be charged.

 Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 Matwork classes must be paid in full and in advance of the course. On attending the first class,  no refund can be given for cancellation of the term.

 Matwork classes are valid for the duration of the course for which they were registered.

 There is no transferral of matwork classes from term to term, course to course or person to person.

 If a class is missed, an alternative class may be attended, during that term, subject to availability.

Bookings and Availability; Classes do fill up quickly, so to check availability please email me to request a place. If spaces are available on the course specified you will be asked to complete an enrolment form - click here to download it. Once this is received along with your payment, your place will be confirmed.

Some classes have a drop session. Price £12 a session. If you are already doing classes with Greenwich Pilates, the cost for the extra class is £10.00.

FLEXIBLE STRENGTH PILATES     

For all levels from beginners to advanced. The focus of this exciting class is using Pilates moves to strengthen core muscle groups, utilising free weights to strengthen muscles and a yoga influence to stretch the body, creating a long, strong lean body.

Using the small equipment; the toning circles, light weights & resistance bands, this class will focus on those troublesome areas; the abdominals, thighs, arms & back.

REHABILITATION PILATES

For those recovering from injury and/or back pain. It would also suit those with osteoporosis. These smaller classes are taken by Helen a Pilates instructor and physiotherapist.

MOTHER AND BABY POSTNATAL PILATES - with Ellie Brown

Classes are a maximum of eight Mummies and their babies. Before starting Post-natal Pilates you must wait six weeks after a natural birth and eight weeks after a caesarean. This is a guide and it is best to check before booking. Please call or email for availability.

PREGNANCY PILATES

Subject to availability, classes can be started anytime after 12/14 weeks. The classes are taken by Ellie Brown and Helen I'anson and you do not need any prior experience.
 
Passport of five classes £60.00. Can be taken over a seven week period.

After 35 weeks classes can be paid on a weekly basis £12.00 per session. You may attend more than one class in the week. Spaces Available.
