All workshops are suitable for beginners to advanced.

Greenwich Workshops

Thursday 15th April 7.30pm – 8.30pm (with Katherine)  £10.00

Core Stabillity Workshop: Challenge your core stability and gain strength as we work the body as a whole unit. Gain stamina, particularly in your abdominal muscles, as well as flexibility; in turn allowing you to move more freely through the rest of your day.

 

 

City Workshops

Pilates and Resistance workshop - a workshop using equipment - balls, toning circles, blocks and straps. Be prepared to be challenged.

 

 

Tuesday 13th April 1.00pm – 2.00pm (with Katherine) £11.00
