I work with a wide variety of clients, helping, encouraging and supporting them to achieve their goals. 

These sessions can be held at home, on Blackheath or in Greenwich Park and each session is an hour long and varied to keep you on your toes.

GREENWICH RUNNERS
 
Due to Summer holidays there will be no Saturday running club on Saturday 2nd, 9th, 16th and the 23rd August.
 
 

Why not join the Greenwich running group. The group is aimed at all levels of runners - all you need is to be able to run without stopping for twenty minutes.

 

The sessions lasts an hour and every week we aim to build on our strength, stamina and speed.

 

The group is very supportive and if you are a beginner, returning to running after a baby or an injury or wish to run a marathon and don't know where to begin, we are the group for you.

 

Each individual has their own goals to achieve and in these sessions we look to work towards these.

 

Our motto  "No one gets left behind".


Put on those trainners, bring some water and join us for an hour of hard work with lots of laughs.

 

We meet every Saturday 8.15am – 9.15am by the Cow and Bean Café at the bottom of Greenwich Park.
