We meet every Saturday morning come rain or shine at 8.15am – 9.15am by the Cow and Bean Café at the bottom of Greenwich Park. Just turn up - £7.00 per session
There will be no running group on Saturday 30th July & Saturday 28th August.
This local running group is aimed at all levels of runners - all you need is to be able to run without stopping for twenty minutes.
The sessions lasts an hour and every week we aim to build on our strength, stamina and speed.
The group is very supportive and if you are a beginner, returning to running after a baby or an injury or wish to run a marathon and don't know where to begin, we are the group for you.
Each individual has their own goals to achieve and in these sessions we look to work towards these.
Put on those trainers, bring some water and join us for an hour of hard work with lots of laughs.

Meet at the bottom of Greenwich Park outside the Cow and Bean Cafe.
Running workshops are hosted by Ellie Brown a UK Athletics Level 2 Endurance coach and will take place on the last Thursday of the month.
The workshops are for 75 minutes and all aspects of running are covered, along with some time at the end to ask any running questions you may have. The workshops are are challenging, so they are not for those who are complete beginners. Please wear reflective clothing.
